  • When commissions open, the request form will ask for your preferred artwork size and clear reference photo. Please include a primary photo of the building from your chosen angle, along with any extra images for specific details or personal touches you’d like me to add.

  • My turnaround time varies throughout the year, but I am typically booked about 1–2 months in advance.

  • Once your commission is completed, I will carefully pack and ship the original physical artwork to the address you provide.

    I ship worldwide from the UK via Royal Mail, with tracking provided.

    International orders may include additional shipping fees.

    Should your art get lost in transit, just give me a shout - I will personally look into it and work with you to find a solution!

  • After we finalise the details of your commission, you will receive Stripe invoice for the full amount. Payment is required upfront to secure your spot, and I will begin creating your artwork as soon as it’s received.

  • Yes! I can provide a high-quality digital file for a small additional fee. This allows you to print as many copies as you’d like for your own personal use.

  • I do not offer pet or people portraits, as my focus is on architectural art. However, I love adding meaningful touches to your piece like an anniversary date, a pet’s name on a sign, or small symbolic details. This allows me to focus on my strengths while creating something uniquely personal for you.

  • Due to the personalised nature of original paintings, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and processed, I am unable to offer returns or refunds, but I take great care to ensure you will love the finished piece!
